We were trying to get a photo and I had stayed mostly dry all day long and Billy through a bucket of water on my legs and I jumped up and hit Greg in the jaw with my shoulder.

Waiting for fireworks

We celebrated the 4th of July on the 2nd of July at Greg's parents house.  And in Kaya's words "It was AWESOME!"  We had a lot of fun with yummy food and LOTS of water games.  Kaya had so much fun with all of the kids and especially on the slip n' slide. Ending the evening with a great firework display by Greg's brother.  Such a fun time.. Thanks Johnson's for including us in your family fun!! xoxo

I Love July because I love fireworks!!  So much to be enjoyed and this year Kaya really enjoyed them too! Me and Kaya and Bunny went to a park to watch some great fireworks that a friend put on for the community.  We had a little BBQ and some play time on the swings and then off to firework heaven.  We Oohhh'ed and Ahhh'ed and clapped and laughed.  After all was said and done we layed on our blanket and  the tickle monster came out to play... we laughed our guts out then went home for a very good nights sleep!

asked Kaya where she wanted to go for her Mommy/Daughter date and she requested temple square without hesitation. She loves that place.. not only does she love to sing, "I love to see the temple", around every corner.. she loves the beautiful flowers and the beautiful temple. She especially loves the statue of Christ in the visitors center. She sat in front of it for a really long time without saying anything. I quietly whispered that we should go to the next room, and she said..."Just one more minute with Jesus, Mom." She is such a little sweetheart and I enjoy every minute with her! xoxo
